Beer Review: Blaze Brewing Co.
Welcome to the Flocc, Blaze Brewing Co.! Originating in Camden, Maine, Blaze Brewing was initially the side project of Blaze Restaurant Group, headed by Matty Haskell, who founded the brewing operation to accompany his restaurant’s farm-to-table menu. Demand for the brews quickly grew and the group opened up a separate location on the banks of Saco Falls in nearby Biddeford, Maine.
Since arriving in VT about a week ago, Blaze has been taking VT coolers by storm. Between their stellar can art and tasty brews, we can’t seem to keep Blaze in stock. We brought in three styles to start everyone off right:
🔥 Scrugsy On Fire - 7% hazy IPA with Citra, featuring flavors of orange soda, yuzu, and succulent pineapple. Super dank.
❤️🔥 Blazing Love - 7% Smoothie Sour conditioned on Orange, Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Marshmallows.
💥 Solutions - 6% Fruited Sour conditioned on Pink Guava and Mango - tastes like a tropical vacation.
