We’re on SevenFifty!

SevenFifty.com has been around for a number of years and has become an extremely useful resource for beverage buyers around the country. When we started to ramp up our offerings at VT Wine Shepherd, it was something that we considered, but with a rapidly expanding portfolio and an ever-evolving system, we decided it didn’t make sense. 

Our program continues to grow every week, but at this point we have reached a healthy level of SKUs, and a consistent enough point in the life of the portfolio that it makes sense to go live with SevenFifty. 

If you’re not already a SevenFifty.com user, allow us to give you a quick rundown: the basic premise of the program is that any retail or on-premise account can sign up (for free), and search all the active inventory from any of their distributors. Our inventory management program synchs with SevenFifty every morning, so if there’s a check mark next to a product, then we have at least a case available! 

The database can be searched by any criterion you can think of—grape variety, price point, region, size format bottle, etc. etc. etc. It’s a wonderful resource, and also has regular articles and tools for buyers to gain more education and product knowledge. Each item will also have a link to the importer, to the region, etc. etc. etc., so you can go down each rabbit hole for further information or wines available. 

We also encourage you, as always, to look for awesome wines that might not yet be in Vermont, and reach out to us! If we can make it work with our portfolio and get the wine to you, we’ll get it done.
