Happy Birthday, VBS!

This week is the anniversary of our first sale as the Vermont Beer Shepherd. Happy Anniversary Shepherds!!!

5 years ago we sold our first order of a keg of Gigantic IPA to BlackBack Pub that was delivered in our short bus by the 3 original Shepherds! Do you all remember the Shepherd’s short bus? We sure do!

Boy have things changed since then.

We now have a Sprinter van and 2 box trucks. Our company has grown to 17 employees and we now represent over 50 brands! Crazy to think about because when we started we only had 4 brands! Since the beginning we have added a ton of VT products, we have added Kombucha, Import Brands and we have started an awesome new wine program. Shep is excited about what things are to come next year and can’t imagine where will be in 5 years! We have some new brands that are lining up and our wine portfolio continues to expand. We are excited to continue to bring VT the best beverages available!

The bottom line is this. We couldn’t have done any of this without you all, our customers! We want to thank you all for supporting our small business and we look forward to being your go to distributor of all your fine beverages needs! We couldn’t have lasted 5 years without you so, Thanks from all of the Shepherd Team and we look forward to the next 5 years!
