A sneak peek of the new digs!

One of the Shepherds' first VT brands has some big news this week. They are set to open their new taproom on the raceway in Winooski on Saturday!
The new space is super cool and a major leap from their original location. It has a very cozy lounge area with a beautiful new bar that includes 24 taps and a newly installed Lukr CZ tap for pouring (4Q brewer/owner) Brian Eckert’s delish Dollar Dollar Pils along with what I’m sure will be an ongoing rotation of different lagers!
The new brew system is going get fired up in the next few weeks and it’s going to be a game changer! The 20-barrel system will crank out even more of Brian’s tasty elixirs for all to enjoy. I’m is super pumped with the addition of 2 dedicated lager tanks. Can’t wait to see the new lagers that come out of those tanks!
The entire Shepherd crew couldn’t be happier for Brian and his team. This is a huge step for Four Quarters and we are super thankful to be partners with our great friends in Winooski! Go, Brian, Go!
